Expanding Companies

The outlook is positive for companies in Penrose Wharf. In this month’s issue we will focus on three companies in expansion mode, Jobs.ie, Keenan Property Management and Missionmaker.com.
Jobs.ie
Jobs.ie launched in 1999 and set up in Cork in August 2007. The company is going from strength to strength and have a fast expanding sales team covering the Munster region. With record volumes of traffic, Jobs.ie is a highly successful and cost effective means for companies to advertise their jobs locally and nationally. Fintan Ryan, Sales Director of Jobs.ie, states “Companies are currently looking at reducing their recruitment costs and consequently online advertising is emerging as a solution. Jobs.ie has over 500,000 unique visitors per month; no other medium offers the same exposure for company roles. Our sales team is therefore constantly growing to meet the increasing demand for our online advertising services.”
Keenan Property Management
Keenan Property Management established by Brian Keenan in Dublin in 1997 launched in Cork in 2007 due to demand in the property management market. KPM offer a comprehensive and professional service to their clients in the areas of Apartment Block Management, Sales and Lettings and Private Portfolio Management. The company are expanding their business in response to the introduction of Building Energy Rating (BER) certification which will be compulsory for all rental properties and are delighted to announce the appointment of an onsite Sustainable Energy Ireland approved assessor to meet the needs of their growing client base. Missionmaker.com makes and sells online Purchase Management software.
