About Us

About Us

Penrose Wharf Call Centres Limited (PWCC) opened its doors in Cork in 1998 to provide call centre co-source services to companies who wished to outsource the technology and facility aspects of their call centre, but, at the same time retain the strategic element of direct customer contact through their own employees.

With many years of experience in the telecommunications industry and the success of our Dublin facility Call Centre Solutions, PWCC was established to service the growing demand for incubator facilities in the South of Ireland, including Call Centre and Shared Services. We have since expanded our services to include serviced offices, virtual offices, consultancy and training. We also provide conference facilities to cater for our internal and external customers.

Sean Ware, Managing Director of PWCC explains, "In 1998 we opened our incubator facility in Cork. Since then our services have expanded to cater for companies covering a wide range of sectors who were looking for flexible terms, city centre location and state of the art facilities. We presently have 25 offices of various sizes to cater for all types of business. We are continuing to expand our service range to respond to the dynamic changes of the Irish business environment.”

Since 1998, PWCC has worked closely with the Industrial Development Authority and telecommunications service providers. "We've always had a strong relationship with these bodies and recognised the benefits and strength of these organisations in marketing terms"
